Client's can work with me in 1:1 sessions or join The Reset Club for online group courses (Thrive - flagship 12 week. Compass - 4 week).
Inside The RESET Club, you’ll find practical tools, punchy pep talks, and a good dose of humour to get you moving forward. Our signature programme Thrive will walk you through a 12-week transformation, and Compass is perfect when you need a short, sharp boost to figure out what’s next.
Yes! The flagship Thrive course is for 12 weeks and 'Clubbers' can join anytime throughout the year to get started when they're raring to go. As it is self paced, you may choose to stay in the Club after the 12 weeks, to maintain momentum, build upon your learning and contribute to the weekly calls and community.
Thrive Clubbers are invited to join me for 1:1 sessions during the length of the course, at a super special Clubber rate.

Each session is built around you — your goals, your challenges, your pace. There's no one-size-fits-all approach here. I’ll bring a mix of practical tools, mindset strategies, and real, honest conversations to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
Expect a relaxed, supportive space where you can think out loud, explore new ideas, and be met with encouragement (and the occasional gentle kick up the bum when needed!). My style is friendly, down-to-earth and always focused on helping you get the results you want.
For any new clients, a minimum of 4 sessions are booked. This ensures that we get to know each other and can make progress. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly - whatever works around you. Additional one off sessions can be booked any time once we have worked together and have a good working relationship. This ensures you get the best results, and can implement and reflect on your sessions. My style is friendly, approachable and super supportive.

My coaching is deeply rooted in lived experience. I’ve faced my fair share of challenges, from brain surgery and divorce to raising two ND teenagers, being ADHD myself and resetting many areas of my life. I know what it takes to reset and thrive, and I bring that real-world understanding into every session, conversation and post.
I’m a straight-talking coach who doesn’t shy away from the hard stuff—but I balance it with compassion, warmth, and a good dose of humour. My goal is to leave you feeling empowered, supported, and capable... and according to my clients, so far, so very good!
