I offer practical, mindset-based coaching for women who feel like life’s knocked them off course - whether through divorce, burnout, health issues, or just losing touch with who they are. It’s future-focused, honest, and empowering, helping you rebuild confidence, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself again. Client's can work with me in 1:1 sessions, VIP days or my can join my upcoming 10 week group programme designed for women who are ready to reconnect and ditch the self doubt - Kicks off in Autumn 2025.  


My clients come to me when they’re ready to:

  • Build real inner confidence (not the loud shouty one, the one that knows you can bend but not break, stand strong in how you feel and 
  • Let go of old habits and thoughts that get in their way from doing what matters most to them 
  • Understand how they have a choice, and can truly believe in themselves

  • Work out what really matters to them now - not who they thought they would or 'should' be 
  • Create a rock solid mindset to achieve what they want from life


Coaching isn’t about fixing you, you’re not broken. I help you tap into your strengths, gain perspective, navigate challenges and step into your power by rewriting old stories and taking action to create changes that last.

Each session is built around you - what you want, alongside your challenges and commitment, at a pace that fits you and your lifestyle. There's no one-size-fits-all approach here. I’ll bring a mix of practical tools, mindset strategies and real, honest conversations to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

Expect a relaxed, supportive space where you can think out loud, explore new ideas, and be met with encouragement (and the occasional gentle kick up the bum when needed!). My style is intuitive, straight forward, friendly, down-to-earth and laser focused on helping you get the results you want.


I offer a minimum of 6 sessions. This ensures that we get to know each other, keep momentum and you make real progress. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly. This makes sure you get the best results, having the time in between sessions to put in to action what we discuss, and reflect.  My style is friendly, approachable and super supportive. You are welcome to book a further block of 6 sessions afterwards if you choose to.


Quite simply, because I get it. Life is chaotic, not text book and we are all spinning lots of different plates. It's not just my training, or years of experience but my true lived experience that makes me unique - I truly walk the talk!

I’ve faced my fair share of challenges, from brain surgery and divorce to raising two ND teenagers, being ADHD myself and resetting many areas of my life. I know what it takes to reset and thrive, and I bring that real-world understanding into every session, conversation and post.

I’m a straight-talking coach who doesn’t shy away from the uncomfortable stuff but I balance it with compassion, warmth, and a good dose of humour. My mission is to give you a toolkit for life, so you feel empowered, supported and capable... and according to my clients, so far,  so very good!
