• Key Topics: The 8 weeks are broken down into 4 core topics. Each includes 3 videos and downloadable resources to help you take practical steps and make lasting changes. At the end of each topic (every 2 weeks) we'll get together for an live online group Zoom.  The videos and supporting downloads take you through a series of understanding, self awareness, reflection and change making... plus with access to the FB Club, you can ask questions, get support and share the wins and wobbles...The key topics we cover to totally change the game and truly empower yourself from the inside out, are

• Exclusive Facebook Group: Join a supportive community of like-minded women in a private Facebook group. This is where I upload the videos and pop in to keep you motivated and on track. The Empower Club is a great space to be able to share your wins, ask questions, and celebrate progress together. I’ll pop in regularly to keep the momentum going—but this isn’t a hand-holding group.  It’s about empowering you to take action. Don't worry - if the thought of being in a FB group is a turn off, let me assure you these have worked really well in the past, even for those who really aren't 'group' people... so give it a go - it's time to do things differently!
• Live Zoom Q&A Sessions: Get personal access to me during live Zoom calls. Bring your questions, get tailored advice, and connect with others in the Club. We'll do this every 2 weeks - each session will be around an hour and a great opportunity to ensure that you've got all areas covered.
• Actionable Support Materials: Homework (that you'll WANT to do!), action points, and additional resources to help you apply what you’ve learned. Why bother? Well, it makes all the difference! The reason I've spaced it over 8 weeks is to deepen your learning and opportunity to practice your new ways of doing things, in a calm and manageable way. The additional learning will help to cement the content and create a truly rock solid foundation from which you can continue to grow from, make happier and healthier decisions, and genuinely feel a whole heap clearer and more optimistic about what you have now and what's to come.
